Ingredients For potato cheese puffs

  • 1 c
    mashed potatoes
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 2 c
    cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • salad oil, for frying

How To Make potato cheese puffs

  • 1
    combine all ingredients except oil, mix well. pour about 2 inches of salad oil into a saucepan or frying pan and heat to about 375.
  • 2
    drop batter by tablespoons 4 or 5 at a time, into the hot oil.

    fry 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. serve immediately.
