Ingredients For potato cheese puffs

1 cmashed potatoes

2eggs, beaten

1/2 cmilk

2 ccheese, shredded

1/2 cflour
-
1/4 tspbaking powder

salt and pepper, to taste

salad oil, for frying
How To Make potato cheese puffs

1combine all ingredients except oil, mix well. pour about 2 inches of salad oil into a saucepan or frying pan and heat to about 375.

2drop batter by tablespoons 4 or 5 at a time, into the hot oil.

3fry 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. serve immediately.
