Ingredients For pizza rolls

  • 1 lb
    frozen italian bread dough, thawed
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese with herbs and garlic, softened
  • 1.5 c
    part skim mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 3/4 c
    pepperoni, chopped
  • 1/3 c
    green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    italian seasoning

How To Make pizza rolls

  • 1
    Roll the dough to 15x20 inch rectangle on a floured surface.

    Spread the cream cheese over the dough to within 1 inch of the edges.

    Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and the peppers over the cream cheese and roll the dough from the LONG sides, pressing the edges together to seal.

    Brush the top and sides with the olive oil and sprinkle with the italian seasoning.

    Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
