Ingredients For pickled eggs

1 cjuice from canned pickled beets

1 cvinegar

1 clovegarlic
-
1 mdbay leaf

2 tspmixed pickling spices

1/2 tspsalt

12hardcooked eggs

1 smonion, sliced and separated into rings
How To Make pickled eggs

1In a large bowl, combine the beet juice, vinegar, 4 cups water, garlic, bay leaf, pickling spices and salt; mix well.

2Add eggs and onion rings; cover and refrigerate for several days.
