Ingredients For petites quiches

  • pastry or unbaked 9 inch pie crust
  • 3/4 c
    half and half
  • 2
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • dash
    pepper
  • 4 oz
    kraft natural swiss cheese slices, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    flour
  • 4 slice
    crispy cooked bacon, crumbled

How To Make petites quiches

  • 1
    Line mini muffin pans with pastry. Combine half and half, eggs, and seasonings, mix well. Toss cheese with flour, add cheese and bacon to egg mixture. Fill muffin shells 2/3 full with egg and cheese mixture. Bake at 325 for 30 to 35 min. or until lightly browned.
