I don't remember where I found this recipe, but I always made it for Seth since he didn't like traditional cheese balls. It is good served on graham crackers.

Ingredients For peanut butter logs

3 crice krispies cereal

1 cpowdered sugar, sifted

2 stickmargarine, softened

1 cchunky peanut butter

1/4 csalted peanuts, chopped coarsely
How To Make peanut butter logs

1In a mixing bowl, blend together peanut butter and margarine, stir in the confectioner's sugar.

2Add cereal, mixing well and crushing lightly.

3Shape into three logs.

4Pat peanuts over logs. Wrap in foil or clear plastic wrap and chill. Slice into 1/2-inch thick slices and serve with your favorite crackers.
