These are so tasty, You can also use olive oil in place of canola and sprinkle to taste Mrs Dash over them

Ingredients For oven baked potatoes

  • 8
    large unpeeled baking potatoes cut in 8 lengthwise strips
  • 1/2 c
    canola oil
  • 1 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 10 slice
    bacon, cooked and crumbled

How To Make oven baked potatoes

    Cut potatoes into strips and lay skin side down in shallow baking dish.
  • 2
    Mix all ingredients and baste.
  • 3
    Put in 350 oven for approximately 45 minutes, basting frequently.

    Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bacon bits.

    Cook another 10 minutes.
  • 6
    Serve with sour cream on the side.
