Ingredients For olive sandwich spread

  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    salad olives, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 6 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive juice

How To Make olive sandwich spread

  • 1
    Mash cream cheese with a fork and add mayonnaise.

    Add pecans, olives, olive juice, and black pepper. Stir.
  • 3
    Put ingredients in a covered container and refrigerate it for 24 - 48 hours. Serve with crackers. It can also be served as a spread for party sandwiches.
