Ingredients For mushroom dip

4 slicebacon

8 ozfresh mushrooms, sliced

1 mdonion, finely chopped

1 clovegarlic, minced

2 Tbspall-purposed flour

1/4 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper

8 ozcream cheese, cubed and softened

2 tspWorcestershire sauce

2 tspsoy sauce

1/2 csour cream
How To Make mushroom dip

1Cook the bacon in a large skillet until crisp; remove bacon, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings in the skillet. Crumble the bacon and set aside.

2Sauté the mushrooms, onion, and garlic in the drippings for 6 to 8 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the mixture is almost dry.

3Add the flour, salt, and pepper, stirring well. Add the cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce; reduce heat, and cook, stirring constantly, until the cheese melts.

4Remove from heat. Stir in the sour cream and reserved bacon.

5Serve warm with an assortment of crackers.
