mexican shrimp cocktail
I love shrimp cocktail, but when I had this in a Mexican restaurant one day I went over the moon for it, thus started my quest for how to make it. Finally I came up with this recipe. I like making my own salsa but using store bought works just as well, and its somewhat faster.

Ingredients For mexican shrimp cocktail

1 lbcooked shrimp

16 ozsalsa, mild

1/2 cchopped cucumber

1/2 cchopped celery

1/2 cketchup

1/4 ccilantro, fresh chopped

2 Tbsplemon juice

1/4 tspgarlic minced

1 lgavacado
-
1 cantomatoe juice
-
2 dashhot sauce
How To Make mexican shrimp cocktail

1Make sure shrimp is peeled and deveined. place in frig, till ready to use.

2In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients, saving shrimp and avocado for last. Mix together.

3stir in shrimp whole or chopped saving some for garnish.

4add in avocado.

5Cover and chill.
