Tried this dish at a party and had to have the recipe. It's easy to make and it's yummy! My family loves it and so does company! My daughter asks for it at least once a week.

Ingredients For mexican pinwheels

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese - softened
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 4 oz
    black olives- chooped
  • 4 oz
    green chilies - chopped
  • 1 c
    mexican shredded cheese
  • 3
    green onions - chopped
  • 1 pkg
    large flour tortillas

How To Make mexican pinwheels

  • 1
    Mix all ingreidents together, except tortillas. Spread mixture on tortillas, roll up and refrigerate at least a couple hours. When ready to serve, slice diagonally. Serve with salsa.

    You should end up with 5-7 rolled tortillas - depends on which size tortillas you use (recipe calls for large, but you can use the extra large tortillas as well)
