This is a great dish for a quick last minute appetizer..I have never had anyone turn their nose up at it!

8 ozshredded cheddar cheese (or mexican blend)

8 ozshredded monterey jack cheese

3eggs

1/2 csalsa (any heat)
How To Make mexican fudge...but not a dessert!!!

1Spread half of cheeses in bottom of a greased 9x9 pan. Beat eggs and salsa together. Pour on top of cheese in pan. Add remaining cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
