Every time I take this appetizer to any event, I always have folks asking for the recipe. It cannot get any simpler than this!!!

Ingredients For mexican bean dip

  • 16 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 can
    refried beans
  • chunky salsa (to cover)
  • black pepper
  • 8 oz
    mexican blend shredded cheese

How To Make mexican bean dip

  • 1
    Spread softened cream cheese in bottom of 9x13 baking dish.
  • 2
    Cover with refried beans...you can use 1 can if you prefer.

    Cover with salsa and sprinkle pepper over this layer.

    Sprinkle cheese over top.

    Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
