I made this for family as a pre-Thanksgiving Appetizer and won many hearts over, and now it is demanded for every event I attend or host.

Ingredients For loaded baked potato dip

  • 8 oz
    softened cream cheese
  • 16 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 pkg
    ranch style dressing mix
  • 1 lb
    cooked bacon crumbled
  • 6 sm
    green onions minced (green parts only)

How To Make loaded baked potato dip

  • 1
    Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Cook Bacon but not too crunchy, cool and then cut into crumbled pieces. Chop green onions (green parts only)
  • 2
    Mix cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning pkt with hand mixer until creamy and blended. Stir in bacon pieces and green onions.

    Refrigerate for 2-4hrs for best flavor, but can be served immediately. Serve with Lays Wave Potato Chips or desired style of Potato Chips. Enjoy!!
