Lipton Onion Potato Logs has a great onion flavor with a crunch! They are perfect with hamburgers or partying!

Ingredients For lipton onion soup potato logs

  • 3
    baking potatoes
  • 1 box
    lipton onion soup mix
  • 2 c
    self rising flour
  • 6
    eggs
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 bottle
    oil

How To Make lipton onion soup potato logs

    Bake potatoes until almost done,

    Once potatoes are slightly done! Allow to cool. Cut each potato in half, Cut the halves in half.

    In a shallow bowl beat the eggs.

    Add the flour to a plate.

    Add both envelopes of soup mix to the flour.

    Add the salt and pepper to the flour, mix to combine,

    Add oil to a deep fryers or deep skillet! Allow to get hot!

    Dip each potato half in the egg and then flour mixture, back in eggs, and then back in flour mixture.

    Cook a few at a time! Drop in hot oil and cook until golden brown! Drain on a paper towel
