Ingredients For lemony hummus 2

1 1/2 cgarbanzo beans, rinsed and drained (14 ounce can)

6 Tbsptahini

3 cloveminced or grated garlic

1lemon - juice & zest

1/8 tspcayenne pepper, or to taste

1/8 tspblack pepper, or to taste

1/8 tspcumin, or to taste

1/8 tspsea salt, or to taste

1 Tbspolive oil, optional
How To Make lemony hummus 2

1In a blender or in the container from an immersion blender, puree garbanzo beans until smooth.

2Add other ingredients and blend until evenly incorporated into bean puree. If too dry, add a tablespoon or two of water.

3Drizzle olive oil over surface, if using. Serve with fresh veggies or pita bread/chips.
