This is such a refreshing dip on a hot summer day. Serve with crackers of your choice or with pita chips or other kinds of chips.

Ingredients For kellys' mexican dip

  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
    mayo
  • 8 oz
    taco mild sauce
  • 1
    med. onion chopped
  • 2
    tomatoes chopped
  • 2
    bell peppers chopped,i use red and green
  • 1 pkg
    hidden valley ranch dip
  • 1 pkg
    8 ozs of grated cheddar cheese

How To Make kellys' mexican dip

  • 1
    Mix sour cream, cream cheese and mayo together. Put into a nice dipping bowl.

    On top of that put the 8 ounces of taco sauce, then put the chopped tomatoes and peppers and onions on top of the taco sauce
  • 3
    Then sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on top and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
