I like to keep a batch made up in the fridge!The ways to use this are anything you like to add flavor and heat too!Eggs,casseroles,stews,soups,chili,mac&cheese,tacos,burritoes ,etc.

Ingredients For judy's salsa

1 cup diced onions

2 cups diced tomatoes

1 cup chopped green onions

1 cup diced bell peppers

2 large jalepenos diced

4 cloves of garlic finely chopped

4 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

salt and pepper to taste

quarter cup of shrimp cocktail sauce

1/2 cup diced pineapple,drained

1/3 teaspoon tobasco

1Mix well and store in container with lid in fridge,will keep for one week,enjoy!
