This was taught to me by my dad (Ivan)it is meant to be eaten as an appetizer...really garlicky and tasty...

Ingredients For ivan's bread salad (gazpacho)

1/2loaf of "day old" bread ( cuban)

1/2 cwater to moisten

1/4 colive oil
-
1/4 cvinegar
-
1/2cucumber, diced

1tomatoe, diced
-
3garlic cloves, smashed
-
1/4 conions, diced
-
1/4 croasted red peppers
-
salt & pepper to taste
How To Make ivan's bread salad (gazpacho)

1in a large bowl, crumble bread and soften with the water

2add all the other ingredients, mix well

3let sit in refrigerator..preferably overnight, for all the flavors to come together....so fresh, delicious and garlicky...
