Ingredients For hummus

  • 1 can
    garbanzo beans or chickpeas
  • 1/4 c
    tahini
  • 1/4 c
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 clove
    garlic
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    water

How To Make hummus

  • 1
    Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Puree until smooth and creamy.

    serve with pita or tortilla chips.
