Ingredients For hot spinach dip

2 (10) ozpackages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

2 (8) ozpackages cream cheese, cubed

2 cmonterey jack cheese

1 cfreshly grated parmesan cheese

1small onion, chopped

1 (14) ozcan artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

2 candiced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained

2 tspground cumin
-
2 tspchili powder
-
1 tspgarlic powder
How To Make hot spinach dip

1Drain spinach; press between layers of paper towels to remove excess moisture.

2Combine spinach, cream cheese, and next 8 ingredients, stirring well. Spoon mixture into a greased, 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with corn chips or your favorite cracker.
