Ingredients For hot bean dip

  • 2 can
    15-16oz cans of mexican style refried beans
  • 1 pkg
    8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 2 c
    cheddar cheese
  • 2 c
    monterey jack cheese
  • 1-2 pkg
    tortilla chips

How To Make hot bean dip

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees... In a large mixing bowl add 2 cans of refried beans, 8 oz pkg of cream cheese, 1 cup of sour cream, mix well; then add taco seasoning; mix well.

    Spray a 9X13 pan with non stick spray and add beans and spread it evenly in pan. Then top with the 2cups cheddar cheese and 2 cups Monterey jack cheese.

    Bake uncovered on middle rack for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted. Dip your tortilla chips in annd enjoy!

    Tip: 5 minutes before dip is done I put my tortilla chips in a oven proof bowl and heat the chips for the remainder of 5 minutes. So you have warm chip to go with your awesome bean dip.
