I love toffee, if covered in chocolate, so much the better! So I found this recipe on Delish.com, but it wouldn't appear in the cookbook builder, so I had to type it in myself.

8 ozcream cheese, softened to room temp

1/2 cbrown sugar

1/4 cpowdered sugar

1 tspvanilla

2 cheavy cream

3heath candy bars, chopped

1/4 ccaramel sauce

pretzels and apple slices for dipping
How To Make heath bar dip

1In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugars and vanilla together until smooth and fluffy. Gradually, beat in heavy cream, adding about 1/2 cup of cream at a time. Beat on high until light and fluffy. Fold in about two-thirds of Heath Bars. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.When ready to serve, top the dip with the remaining chopped Heath bars. Drizzle with caramel sauce. Serve with preztels and apples for dipping.
