All my recipes are created and revamped to keep calories way down and yet to never lose flavor or taste. M goal is to never gain my weight back to 235lbs and its been 12 years and I'm still at 155 @5"7. today. I'm hoping to keep posting more of my favorites and I do love to eat and love to eat food with great flavor.

Ingredients For healthy deviled eggs

  • 12 lg
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    fat free fage greek yogurt
  • 1/4 c
    low fat mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon or yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    horse radish
  • 1 sm
    onion diced
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp
    pickle juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    smoked paprika

How To Make healthy deviled eggs

    Cook eggs in instant pot making sure you follow (instant pot directions) for 6 min or Boil eggs 10 min. as soon as eggs are done, cool in ice bath soon as possible. Let cool and then peal eggs gently, rinse off and place on a towel then split eggs lengthwise and put egg yolks in a large separate bowl. Place egg whites on serving dish.

    Mash egg yolks with a fork in large bowl, mince onions so they are very small pieces. add onions to egg yolks and stir well. Add wet and dry ingredients to egg mixture and mix well.

    Two ways to stuff the egg whites, straight from the bowl with a spoon or transfer the egg mixture into a zip lock bag and cut off the tip and pipe into the egg whites. garnish with your choice of small chopped green onions, smoked paprika, bacon bits, smoked salmon, sliced olives, diced red peppers, chopped dill

    Once filled, place into refrigerator for 30-35 minutes or longer in a sealed container before serving.
