1Cured meat, no matter what type it is, is dried and cut into 1/4 - 1/2 in thick. Cheese cut into cubes. Stack a piece of meat, a cube of cheese, a fresh parsley leaf, and a green olive and spear with a toothpick. Simple- appetizer ready in 2-3 minutes.
