Ingredients For green eyed devil eggs

4 lgegg, hard boiled

1 smavocado
-
2 Tbspmustard, grainy

1 tsphorseradish

1/4 cheavy whipping cream

1pickled beet
How To Make green eyed devil eggs

1Halve the eggs and scoop the yolk into a bowl with the avocado, mustard, horseradish, and cream. Mix until creamy.

2Spoon mix into eggs.

3Slice Beet thin. Top eggs with a slice.

4Chill. and serve!
