Ingredients For garlic tomato brueschetta

1/4 colive oil, extra virgin (you can use canola oil)

3-4 Tbspfresh basil, chopped

3-4cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper

4medium diced tomatoes
-
2 Tbspparmesan cheese

your favorite french bread, toasted

1-2 Tbspfinely chopped onion, optional
How To Make garlic tomato brueschetta

1In bowl, combine oil, basil, garlic, salt and pepper and onion, if you choose to add them. Add tomatoes, toss gently, sprinkle with cheese. Regrigerate for 1 hour. Bring to room temp before serving. Lightly toast bread. Top with tomato mixture. Serve immediately.
