my husband had this in a restaurant so when he told me about it, i tried it on my own....wonderful 'finger food' for parties. with the holiday season can make ahead and microwave when ready.

Ingredients For fried ravioli

1bag frozen mini ravioli

2eggs

1/4 cmilk

1/2 citalian flavored bread crumbs

How To Make fried ravioli

1HEAT ABOUT 1/2 INCH OF OIL TILL HOT.

2MIX EGG WITH 1/4 CUP OF MILK. BEAT WELL

3PLACE BREADCRUMBS IN SEPARATE BOWL.

4WHILE STILL FROZEN ,DIP RAVIOLI IN EGG, THEN IN BREADCRUMBS. PUT IN HOT OIL, BROWN, AFTER ABOUT TWO MINUTES, TURN OVER TO BROWN OTHER SIDE.

5PLACE ON PAPER TOWEL TO DRAIN. EAT. ENJOY....MARINARA SAUCE IS GREAT FOR DIPPING!
