Ingredients For elliot's salsa

  • 2-14 oz
    cans of diced tomatoes
  • 1
    jalapeno seeded
  • 1/2
    onion quartered
  • 1
    handful of cilantro leaves
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make elliot's salsa

  • 1
    Put 1 can of tomoatoes into the blender, add 1/2 onion (quartered).
  • 2
    Remove the seeds and ribbing from jalapeno, add the jalapeno and 1 handful of cilantro leaves. Blend these ingredients.

    Add second can of tomatoes, blend again and add lemon juice and salt; blend. Let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to mix.
