Ingredients For deviled ham/dijon appetizers

2 mdcucumbers

1 canunderwood deviled ham (4-1/2 oz)

1hard-cooked egg, coarsely chopped

2-3 Tbspred onion, finely chopped

1 Tbspsweet pickle relish

1 tspdijon mustard
How To Make deviled ham/dijon appetizers

1Chop onion and egg.

2Cut cucumbers in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds.

3In a bowl, mix together deviled ham, chopped egg, onion, relish and mustard. Spoon mixture into cucumber shells. Chill.

4When ready to serve, cut cucumber diagonally into 1" pieces, and plate nicely. Makes about 2 dozen.
