Ingredients For deviled eggs

12extra large organic brown eggs

5 Tbsphellmans mayonnaise

3 Tbsppickle relish, sweet(drain off juice)

1 tspmustard
-
1 tspjalapeno peppers
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
sea salt to taste
-
paprika powder to sprinkle on top
How To Make deviled eggs

1Place eggs into a large pot of warm water, Bring to boil for ONLY 5 minutes. Turn off heat leaving pot on the burner for 13 minutes.

2Place eggs in ice cold water for 2 minutes to loosen shells. Remove yolk and mash yolk.

3Mix all remaining ingredients in the mashed egg yolks. Put mixture in a plastic bag, cut of corner and fill the egg white, then sprinkle with the paprika and put in refrigerator.
