I got this recipe from a 1980's Southern Living Annual Cook Book. Can't remember which one though. They're pretty tasty!

Ingredients For crunchy stuffed eggs

6hard cooked eggs

1/4 ccommercial sour cream
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/8 tsppepper
-
1 tspdried parsley flakes

2 slicebacon, cooked crisply and crumbled

paprika
-
6 green olives, halved
How To Make crunchy stuffed eggs

1Peel eggs; slice in half legnthwise and carefully remove yolks.

2Mash yolks and stir in sour cream, salt, pepper, parsley and bacon.

3Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture; sprinkle with paprika and place an olive half on top.
