Ingredients For creole-style peanuts

3 cunsalted cocktail peanuts

1/4 cpeanut oil

1 pkgranch dressing mix

1 tspdill weed, dried

1 tspcreole seasoning

1 tsplemon pepper
How To Make creole-style peanuts

1Heat peanut oil in a small baking pan. Place peanuts in a 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan.

2Pour warm oil over peanuts and stir to coat.

3Mix remaining ingredients together in a small bowl and mix well. Pour mixture over peanuts and stir well to coat.

4Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 minutes. Stir once during baking. Allow peanuts to cool before placing them in a storage container.
