cream puffs are great for weddings.parties , kids snacks,its easy and fast

Ingredients For cream puffs

  • 4 stick
    butter
  • 4 c
    water
  • 4 c
    flour self risin
  • 12 md
    eggs

How To Make cream puffs

    place 4 cups of water and 4 sticks of butter,place in pan bring to boil add 4 cups of flour in boiling mixture, stir until flour pulls away from sides ( this only takes a few mins) remove from heat

    place mixture in mixing bowl add eggs one at time to mixture, mix well, place mixture in pastery bag drop on pan size of 50 cent pieces. place 2 inches apart on pan bake at 400 degree for 20 mins or until pastery puffs up and turn golden brown

    they should turn out the size of baseballs. you can cut tops off and fill with chicken salad,ham pimento cheese ,etc,

    my favorate is bav cream sprinkle with powder sugar on top great for weddings parties etc
