1 pkg(8 oz.) light cream cheese, softened

1/2 cmayonnaise

1 cparmesan cheese, grated

2 lgcloves garlic, pressed

1 can(14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped

1/2 croasted red peppers, finely chopped, plus more for garnish

7 1/2 oz(213 g) crab meat, chopped
How To Make crab artichoke pepper dip

1In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese, Miracle Whip, Parmesan cheese and garlic; stir until smooth. Cook until it starts the bubble.

2Add artichoke hearts and red peppers. Stir well, cover, reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes. Add crab, stir and cook for another 5 minutes. Stir again, remove from heat and serve it with crostini or tortilla chips.
