6 to 8limes, juiced

8red thai chili's, chopped

1/2red onion, chopped

bunchcilantro, chopped

How To Make corvina ceviche w/ red thai chili's

1Cut fish into small cubes, place in a deep glass dish (must be glass, due to the acidity)

2add in all other ingredients, toss and let sit for 1 hour, then drain half the liquid. Enjoy with saltine crackers.
