For the people who love corn fritters, on this recipe I made in bread pudding-style. It was a great for the side of baked chicken, potato au gratin and snap peas.

10precooked corn fritters,cut into halves

2 cfresh cornbread pieces

1 ccubed process american cheese
-
3 cmilk
-
3/4 cranch dressing

1 ccream-style corn

1/2 cmargarine

4eggs,lightly beaten

1packet dry onion soup mix
-
3/4 cgrated parmesan cheese

3/4 cshredded colby jack cheese

3/4 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make corn fritter pudding

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.Add corn fritter pieces,cornbread pieces and american cheese cubes;mix well.

3In a large bowl,combine milk,ranch dressing,cream-style corn,margarine,eggs and onion soup mix,whisk together until blended.

4Pour into corn fritter mixture and sprinkle with cheeses.

5Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
