Ingredients For clayton totchos

2 bagfrozen tater tots (1 lb each)

3/4 cranch seasoning

1 Tbspextra-virgin olive oil

10frozen all-white meat chicken strips
-
2 tspcrushed red pepper flakes

1 ccreamy French dressing
-
6banana peppers, sliced
-
1 cshredded monterey jack cheese
- MONTEREY JACK CHEESE SAUCE

1/2 cmargarine
-
1 cheavy cream
-
1 ccubed cream cheese
-
1 cshredded monterey jack cheese
How To Make clayton totchos

1To make the totchos, preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Coat a 9-x-13 baking dish.

2Add tater tots and bake for 20 minutes or until crispy. Season the tots with ranch seasoning.

3In a large skillet over medium heat, add the oil and chicken strips and saute for 5 minutes.

4Slice the cooked chicken strips and add to a large bowl. Add crushed red pepper flakes and French dressing; mix well until blended.

5To make the monterey jack cheese sauce, melt the margarine in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the heavy cream, monterey jack, and cream cheese and whisk together until smooth and creamy.

6Top the prepared tater tots with the sauce, chicken strips mixture, sliced banana peppers, and shredded monterey jack cheese.

7Bake until warmed through and the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
