Ingredients For clayton nachos

    frozen breaded chicken tenders, thawed and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 3/4 c
    french dressing
  • 1 c
    whipped cream cheese
  • 1
    packet dry onion soup mix
  • 2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 3/4 c
    crushed salad croutons
  • 12 oz
    corn tortilla chips
  • 3
    banana peppers, sliced
  • 8 oz
    shredded monterey jack cheese

How To Make clayton nachos

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with aluminum foil. Coat with cooking spray.

    Pour olive oil into a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken tenders, and saute for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.

    Stir in french dressing, cream cheese, onion soup mix, garlic powder, and crushed salad croutons until blended. Set aside.

    Spread a thin layer of tortilla chips in a prepared baking dish. Spoon 1/4 of the chicken mixture, 1/4 of banana peppers, and 1/4 of the cheese over the chips. Repeat layers ending with cheese on the top.

    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and everything is melted through.
