Ingredients For clayton nachos

20frozen breaded chicken tenders, thawed and sliced

2 Tbspolive oil

3/4 cfrench dressing

1 cwhipped cream cheese

1packet dry onion soup mix

2 tspgarlic powder
-
3/4 ccrushed salad croutons

12 ozcorn tortilla chips

3banana peppers, sliced
-
8 ozshredded monterey jack cheese
How To Make clayton nachos

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with aluminum foil. Coat with cooking spray.

2Pour olive oil into a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken tenders, and saute for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.

3Stir in french dressing, cream cheese, onion soup mix, garlic powder, and crushed salad croutons until blended. Set aside.

4Spread a thin layer of tortilla chips in a prepared baking dish. Spoon 1/4 of the chicken mixture, 1/4 of banana peppers, and 1/4 of the cheese over the chips. Repeat layers ending with cheese on the top.

5Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and everything is melted through.
