Ingredients For classic deviled eggs

  • 6
    hard boiled eggs peeled and cut lengthwise
  • 1/3 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    chives
  • 3 dash
    green hot sauce
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt or a little more
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    chili powder

How To Make classic deviled eggs

  • 1
    Pop out ( remove) the egg yolks to a small bowl and mash until smooth.
  • 2
    Add Mayo,sour cream and mustard , add the hot sauce , salt and pepper and chili powder and mix through until it is smooth.
  • 3
    Fill the the empty white egg shells with the mixture and sprinkel lightly with chives and chili powder .
