Ingredients For chunky mediterranean avacado dip

4avocados
-
2limes
-
1roasted red pepper, diced
-
1/2 ckalamata olives, diced

1 1/4 cfeta cheese, crumbled

2 Tbspcrushed red pepper, dried

1 Tbspparsley
-
1/2 tspsea or kosher salt
How To Make chunky mediterranean avacado dip

1Squeeze juice from 2 limes (about 4 T) roast, remove skin & dice red pepper (or purchase in a jar) Dice olives

2Cut avocados, remove pits & score while still in the shell to form a dice pattern.

3Remove with a spoon directly into a large bowl with lime juice & toss to coat.

4Add all remaining ingredients & mix well. Chill.
