Ingredients For chunky mediterranean avacado dip

    avocados
  • 2
    limes
  • 1
    roasted red pepper, diced
  • 1/2 c
    kalamata olives, diced
  • 1 1/4 c
    feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp
    crushed red pepper, dried
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    sea or kosher salt

How To Make chunky mediterranean avacado dip

  • 1
    Squeeze juice from 2 limes (about 4 T) roast, remove skin & dice red pepper (or purchase in a jar) Dice olives
  • 2
    Cut avocados, remove pits & score while still in the shell to form a dice pattern.

    Remove with a spoon directly into a large bowl with lime juice & toss to coat.

    Add all remaining ingredients & mix well. Chill.
