I have been making this for years, and always get raves for it. You can adjust the amount of garlic and any other ingredients to suit your taste.

Ingredients For chunky guacamole with tomato

    avocados
  • 1 sm
    onion
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 1 lg
    tomato
  • salt and pepper
  • tabasco
  • 1
    limes, juiced

How To Make chunky guacamole with tomato

  • 1
    Finely chop onion, and garlic place in medium size bowl. Chop tomato, place in bowl. Juice lime, add juice to bowl.

    Slice avocado in half, scoop out avocado, cut into chunks, add to bowl. Add salt, pepper, and tabasco all to taste. Stir everything together. This can either be eaten immediately, but tastes even better if you place some plastic wrap over mixture, place in refrigerator for about 1 hour, then serve

    Serve with tortilla chips or cucumber slices.
