Ingredients For chili chicken dip

  • 1 Tbsp
    olive olive
  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped
  • 1 sm
    jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped (opt.)
  • 1 can
    10 ounces of white chicken, drained reserving liquid
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can
    small, of chopped green chilis
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 8 oz
    processed cheese, cubed

How To Make chili chicken dip

  • 1
    Saute onion and jalapeno (opt.)in olive oil until soft.
  • 2
    Put all ingredients except chicken liquid in a crock pot. Break up cream cheese a little with a spoon.

    Cook on low for 2-3 hours stirring occassionally until cheese is melted. Add some of the chicken liquid if dip is too thick. Serve with chips or dippers of choice.
