These are an item I came up with myself when trying to find something outside the box to serve at a party I was having. Caprese Salads are one of my favorites so I decided to make caprese salads on a toothpick. They were a great hit with everyone there and disappeared quickly.

Ingredients For caprese appetizers

1 (small) pkgcherry tomatoes

1 (8 oz) pkgmozzarella pearls

3-4 sprigfresh basil

1 small cansliced black olives

1 clow fat balsamic dressing
How To Make caprese appetizers

1Cut cherry tomatoes in half

2Slice basil into short strips

3Using a small decorative toothpick, slide 1 mozzarella pearl onto the toothpick, followed by a strip of basil, then 1 olive and top with cherry tomato half

4Once you've got as many as you want, arrange all into a rectangular or square serving dish. Pour the dressing over the toothpick skewers. Watch them disappear!
