my dad makes this when he makes fish for us they are good and not to spicy or hot i don't like to hot and spicy but these are great

Ingredients For cajun hush puppies

2 cself rising flour

1 tsponion, minced
-
3/4 cmilk
-
1/2 tspcayenne pepper, ground

1egg
-
peanut oil as required
How To Make cajun hush puppies

1Combine all ingredients except oil then mix well. Heat 1 inch of oil until hot but not smoking.

2Drop cornmeal mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls into oil to form hush puppies.

3Cook in batches 2-3 minutes, while turning to brown on all sides.

4Remove from oil with a slotted spoon. Drain on paper towels on a platter. Serve immediately while still hot.
