Ingredients For cajun deviled eggs

  • 12 lg
    eggs boiled
  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/2 md
    red bell pepper diced small
  • 1 Tbsp
    cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    crystal hot sauce
  • salt to taste
  • smoked paprika
  • micro greens for garnish

How To Make cajun deviled eggs

  • 1
    Cut the eggs in half. Remove the yolks and smash with a fork. Add the mayo, Dijon Mustard, Cajun seasoning, red bell pepper, hot sauce and salt.

    Place the yolk mixture back into the whites of the eggs. Sprinkle with smoked paprika and garnish with micro greens.
