I tried this once at a pot luck over 25 years ago and I still remember it. I have made it throughout the years with no left overs.

Ingredients For by memory dip

2 canfrito lay bean dip

16 ozsour cream
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix

1 pkgshredded cheese
-
1 cansmall chopped black olives
-
3avocados
-
2diced tomatoes

1stalk chopped green onion

1lemon
How To Make by memory dip

1In a bowl cream the two cans of bean dip. Spread over a flat plate or cookie sheet. (foil first for easy clean up)

2In a separate bowl prepare your avocado as if to make guacamole. Squeeze lemon to prevent browning. Spread over bean dip leaving bean dip showing on all sides.

3Mix together taco seasoning and sour cream. Spread across your avocado dip. Leave a side of avocado showing on all sides.

4Top with shredded cheese, chopped green onion, and olives. Serve cold.
