I don't care what you eat this with...Just eat it! GUARANTEE you'll love this! As far as I'm concerned this qualifies as an appetizer but can be served as a side with a spicy chicken dish or any pasta dish! ENJOY! Once again, I would LOVE to claim this as my own but alas 'Tis not. All I can recall is this was done in 2011 by a guy named Rick-website fails me. He is so on the money with this one.

Ingredients For buffalo bread
-
1loaf frech bread-uncut
-
1/2 cmayonnaise
-
1stick unsalted butter room temp i have also used marg when out of butter and it worked
-
2 Tbspsour cream
-
8 ozshredded mozzeralla cheese
-
4cloves garlic minced
-
1 cscallions chopped
-
4 ozblue cheese
-
1/2 cfranks hot sauce or your preference in hot sauce
How To Make buffalo bread
-
1Mash up the butter really well so there are no clumps. Mix the mayo (do not substitute even if you are not a mayo fan THIS WORKS),sour cream, butter, garlic, scallions in a bowl. Once mixed well, add in the mozzeralla.
-
2Heat oven to 425. Cut bread down middle and toast in oven for 5 minutes, making sure it's crisp on the bottom.
-
3Once bread is toasted, spread hot sauce on top. Turn oven to broil (HIGH). Spread mayo mixture on top of sauce (DO NOT over top it). Sprinkle with the blue cheese. Broil for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is slightly brown and edges of bread look brown and crisp.
-
4Let rest for a minute before cutting. Cut into sticks (thin if you can I like it THICK but when cut thick makes for fewer servings) and serve it up.
