Ingredients For bruschette

1baguette
-
2 clovegarlic, minced
-
2 tspbalsamic vinegar

1 Tbspolive oil
-
1 1/3 croma tomatoes, diced

1/3 cgreen onions, sliced (green and white parts)

basil, fresh, diced (to taste)

1/8 tspblack pepper
-
1/2 cparmesan cheese (grated or shredded)
How To Make bruschette

1In a small bowl, stir together tomatoes, green onions, basil, olive oil, garlic, and pepper. Cover and chill.

2For the toast, cut baguette into 1/2 inch slices. Brush both sides lightly with olive oil. Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 425F for about 5 minutes or until desired crispness and golden brown color is achieved. BE SURE TO TURN ONCE.

3Top toast with tomato mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Return to 425F oven for 2-3 minutes or until cheese starts to melt and topping is heated through. Enjoy!
