    kosher salt

    can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 c
    tahini
  • 1/4 c
    red onion, minced
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil, extra virgin, plus more for drizzling
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    crushed red pepper (more or less to taste)
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    honey
  • salt & pepper to taste
