    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 3/4 c
    salted butter, room temperature
  • 3 lg
    egg whites
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    + 2 tbsp champagne
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    shortening
  • 4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 4-5 tsp
    champagne

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
